Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS or a SESSION?
Distance/Online: Dress comfortable with no tight binding on your body. Be sure to be in a space with a chair, sofa or bed for moving into a relaxed position during our work together. A sweater or blanket may be needed. Please set the computer or phone in a way that you can hear and be heard. Have an electrical connection for calls beyond 30 minutes.
In-Person: Please dress comfortably! Feel free to wear T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, yoga pants, capri shorts - whatever works for you. In the classroom space, we will try to keep the temperature at a level that works for everyone. If you get chilly, bring a sweater. If your feet get cold, bring socks. You are welcome to keep your shoes on or take them off.

PILLOWS, BLANKETS, CHAIRS, WATERS & JOURNALS
While we will try to make it 'feel like home,' it is still a classroom. So if you like a seat pillow or a lumbar pillow, feel free to bring this along. If you want a blanket for your lap, you can bring this too!
When we have classes that require lying down for healing treatments, we will work out accommodating the space with a massage table or padding for the floor.
Day-long classes that require special set-up will have this information provided for all.
We always provide bottled waters at each class. You may bring your own drink (non-alcoholic). We do ask that you bring it in a container that will not spill out if tipped over by accident. And we suggest avoiding too much caffeine about one to two hours before a class session.
Bring along your notebook or journal and pen. We will always have extra pens available.
